What is trauma-informed practice? We will examine the concept of working with a trauma-informed approach in our coaching practice.
How does trauma show up for our clients? Exploring the range of trauma narratives that our clients experience.
How can we support our clients in a way that stays within our capability and experience, and when to refer on to therapy?
How do we continue to work with our traumatised clients in an ethical and professional way?
How do we deal with trauma as practitioners to keep ourselves OK?
This workshop will be an immersive, collaborative, educational experience to better improve your understanding of the trauma-informed approach to coaching.
