Spiritual Conversations
A space held for deeper questions
Some questions don't fit neatly into therapy or coaching, and don't always feel answered by one particular faith pathway or belief system.
What is my purpose? Where is meaning coming from? What am I actually looking for?
Spiritual Conversations offers an unhurried, confidential space to sit with questions like these, wherever you're starting from, whatever you believe or aren't sure you believe.
What this is
Spiritual Conversations is a space held for the deeper questions — who you truly are, and what you're here for. Drawing on Christian contemplative practice alongside Buddhist, Daoist, Hindu wisdom, as well as Earth-based spirituality, this work doesn't ask you to adopt a particular belief, but to listen more closely to the one you already carry. Together we explore what's stirring beneath the surface of your life: a longing for meaning, a sense of calling, a quiet invitation to grow.
This is accompaniment, not instruction — a gentle, honest companionship that honours your own tradition, doubts, and questions, wherever they lead. My role is to walk with you: to listen closely, ask honest questions, and help you find your own way through, at your own pace.
Who this is for
People exploring faith, doubt, or a change in belief · Those going through a period of spiritual searching or transition · People who want to talk about meaning, mortality, purpose, or calling without a clinical or doctrinal frame · Clergy or spiritually-engaged professionals wanting a space distinct from supervision or pastoral care
How it works
Sessions are conversational rather than structured — there's no set curriculum. We meet in person in Hull or online, at a pace that suits the material, which is often slower and less linear than other kinds of work. Some people come for a handful of sessions around a specific question; others build it into a longer, ongoing practice.
If you're sensing it's time to listen more deeply to your own life, I'd love to talk.
